Arts Workshops

Liz Osborne and Fiona Richardson have been working as artists in schools in and around Nottinghamshire since 2003. Each project caters specifically to the needs of the children, the teachers, and the school itself. However, the majority of their projects have been based around the idea of transforming and developing creative spaces: a place within the school/classroom/playground, where children can go to play, to imagine, to tell stories, to relax and to feel safe.

Each project usually takes place over a number of weeks allowing time for us to make a real impact on each child’s development. Liz and Fiona aim to make their workshops as innovative and exciting as possible; often creating complete environments within which to run a workshop, giving the children an inspiring place in which to nurture their creativity.
